Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this agreement within 30 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

●      on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, to the extent that you ordered one or more goods under one order and they were delivered simultaneously;

●      on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, to the extent that you ordered several goods under one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via e-mail: support@londra-clothing.uk.
 You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

For compliance with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur additional costs to you.

We may refuse the refund until we:

●      Have received the returned goods, or

●      you proved that you returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 30-day period.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, properties and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion and expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

●      for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

●      for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

●      for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon in the contract, but which cannot be delivered until 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

●      For delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, excluding subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

●      for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken after delivery;

●      for the supply of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

●      for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal is broken after delivery.

The return address on our packages is not our address for returns. Upon request, you will receive our return address by email.
